Long active in appellate work, the Bedell firm name appears in more than 500 reported decisions in Florida state appellate courts dating back to 1900, and in 85 reported federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals decisions starting in 1945 – the earliest date reported by Westlaw. The firm has successfully handled appeals, both from cases that we tried and on referral from other trial counsel, in every appellate court in Florida, in the Federal Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh, Fifth, Second and Federal Circuits, and in the Supreme Court of the United States.
