The Bedell Firm has a distinguished history of criminal defense work, representing individuals and business entities in federal and Florida courts. This includes all types of criminal defense work, from federal white collar investigations and trials, to traditional criminal matters in state court. In recent years, it has become all too common for individuals and corporations to find themselves accused of criminal conduct as a result of their business activities. The defense of such matters requires a combination of legal acumen, trial proficiency, and negotiating skill.

Our criminal team includes four former prosecutors, two of whom are Florida Bar Board Certified in criminal trial. Some matters are best resolved by negotiation and others by trial. We have the skills and experience for both.
