Arbitration & Mediation

In today’s litigation environment, it is unusual for a case to proceed to trial without being mediated or arbitrated. Our firm has members who act as arbitrators in contested matters. John DeVault and Charles Pillans are on the panel for commercial arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association, and Warren Tripp is on the panel for both commercial and construction litigation for the American Arbitration Association. Other members of the firm also serve as mediators in various contexts.
