Kevin B. Cook

Kevin B. Cook practices commercial litigation throughout the state and federal courts of Florida. Mr. Cook focuses on contract disputes, employment and non-compete litigation, mergers and acquisition litigation, professional malpractice defense, products liability, and trusts and estates litigation. After receiving an undergraduate degree in 1994 from the University of Alabama where he concentrated in international marketing, Mr. Cook worked in the logistics industry in Atlanta and Jacksonville for several years before returning to law school. He graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law. His transportation and logistics experience prior to law school continues to provide a significant advantage in those types of disputes. Mr. Cook has extensive experience litigating disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions, including pre- and post-closing obligations for both buyers and sellers.
