Inverse Condemnation Actions

The firm has had notable success in the arcane field of inverse condemnation actions, including the successful litigation of the first successful regulatory taking case against the Army Corps of Engineers.  Representative cases include:

Florida Rock Industries, Inc. v. The United States ,  45 Fed.Cl. 21  (Fed. Cl. 1999). 

Jacksonville Transportation Authority v. Continental Equities, Inc., 636 So.2d 1354 (Fla. 1st DCA), review denied , 648 So.2d 721 (Fla. 1994).
