Federal and State Criminal Defense

The firm has a distinguished history of criminal defense work, including representation in both federal and Florida courts.  The firm’s criminal defense attorneys, led by Hank Coxe, handle all types of criminal defense work, from white collar and corporate defense to traditional criminal matters in state court.  In today’s increasingly complex regulatory environment, it has become all too common for corporate entities to find themselves accused of criminal misconduct.  The defense of such matters requires a combination of legal acumen, trial proficiency, and negotiating skill.  The firm has also advised corporate witnesses in a variety of criminal matters.  Publicly known representative cases include:
