History & Practice

Complex Commercial Litigation

The firm's practice centers on the litigation of factually and legally complex cases involving commercial entities. Cedar Bay Generating Co., L.P. v. Florida Power & Light Co.,Case No. 9707037-CA (Fla. 4th Cir. Ct. 1999), affirmed , 792 So.2d 452 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001).
