KEVIN B. COOK received his undergraduate degree in 1994 from the University of Alabama where he concentrated on international marketing.  Before law school, he worked in Atlanta handling exporting of equipment for a Fortune 500 company and later in the marine operations department of a U.S. shipping line.  He graduated with High Honors from the University of Florida College of Law and was appointed to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Cook is a member of The Florida Bar Board of Governors Young Lawyers Division and a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville.  He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, before the federal district courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Cook's areas of concentration include complex commercial litigation, trust litigation, employment law, personal injury and wrongful death, and business torts.
