BRIAN COUGHLIN graduated from the University of Michigan in 2000. After working briefly with the Bedell firm as a legal assistant, he attended law school at the University of Florida and received a J.D. in 2003. Mr. Coughlin worked for the State Attorney's Office in Jacksonville for 3 years prior to joining the Bedell firm as an associate. While with the State Attorney's Office, he prosecuted criminal cases ranging from DUI to homicide. His practice focuses on criminal defense in the state and federal courts.
